Clarifications on Back Up security, Industry standards compleied with and ability to provide back up

Hi, My consultancy is currently supporting a multinational on a program of projects in USA GOM using trello and associated Power Ups. Circa 115 users and increasing. My client is concerned for the data integrity of one of the key processes we are supporting using Trello.
We are using Rewind as the back up vehicle however I would appreciate full details of what international IT security and back up standards that complies with. In addition my client has requested their internal IT to generate a BOT using C++ to fully back up the entire board including custom fields and attachments to allow them to store on theor own server.
My view is that this is an inefficent use of resources and would value a short discussion with someone on your technical team to understand what Rewind provides and how I can allay my clients fears of data security and data loss.

Hey @Peter Cranston! I'm unfamiliar with the security standards for the third-party integration between Rewind and Trello, but when I checked their website, I found this page that details all their security policies and practices: https://security.rewind.com/. Also, if you're interested, you can verify all Trello security policies and practices at https://trello.com/trust. I hope this information helps!
