Checklist items on Timeline view

I gather from the forum history, this is a problem that's been raised, but I've seen no recent update (since Feb 2022). 

Is there a way or is Trello working on having checklist items show up on the timeline view? Seems strange they show up in the calendar view, but not here.

Right now, we don't have any update on an ETA. If this helps, there is a feature request to have the ability for users to see checklist items with due dates on the Timeline view and I have added you to the request — if there's any additional info or use case that you want to share as to why this feature is important, let me know and I'll pass your information to the relevant team.
