Checklist items not copying over when I select "copy items from--" How to fix?

I use this feature a lot. But now it is not working. When I try and copy a checklist from another card on my board, it only shows a blank checklist. How can I copy my items. My boss pays for this account and if we can't get a work around on this, I'll have to find a replacement for Trello before the next payment is due. I really like Trelllo, but if this can't be fixed, this is 98% of my workflow that has to be done tediously by typing in every single checklist item over and over. That's not going to work. Please help.

I was having the same problem, it was on a template workspace - which I believe was the problem. I'm assuming there was something on it I'm not aware of.  -The copying issue would not work - within the same card, and onto a different card on the same list.  I haven't narrowed down the syncing specific issue, but was able to COPY the checklist, onto a list IN a different workspace, still copying FROM the original list (I was trying to use/copy).   SO, My conclusion is that I could copy paste, to another board.  Hope that helps...

Populating cards with checklist(s) from another card via automation has always worked for me. My clients would be chasing me to fix them as many are using them on their boards. Perhaps it might be good to engage a consultant to help you.
