Checklist Items as cards in another board automation rule..?

Hello,

A basic Trello user back to it after a long gap. I am trying to figure out how to achieve this automation for our immigration business:

List of Clients (First List) -> Pending Clients (a Card in this List) -> PR Clients (a checklist in this card) -> Lee, Adam, Ahmed, Katie (items in this checklist)

I want to set up an automation rule/s so that these checklist items (& whichever i eventually add) get converted into individual cards with the same title (Lee, Adam..) under PR Ongoing (Second List).

Please guide. Pardon my foolishness if its too basic/easy.

This explains how to convert checklist items to linked cards and how to reflect back changes from child card to parent card.
