Hi... I have a dilemma. When prompted to change to Atlassian, I've lost all my boards and have an entirely new account! This is terrible!
Can anyone suggest how I could retrieve all my Trello boards please?
It sounds like you had multiple emails on your old account and when you went to atlassian account (which only allows one email) you got a new account for that email. Your old account attached to the other email still exists. Try using forgot password on that email address. Or just write to support by clicking your face in top right of Trello when logged in and selecting the help option.
Thanks for the tremendous help Michael, much appreciated. You're right, i was confused as to which accounts I had originally registered for Trello. I used the correct email account via the Atlassian link and used the 'forgot password' link as you suggested. All good now, thankfully.

@[deleted] do you login with Google? And have you changed your Gmail address on the same Google account since you originally signed up? If so, Trello still has your old gmail account "behind the scenes" but Atlassian is working from your new one. What this means is that a new Trello account has been created for your previous Gmail address.
Anyway, if you just go to https://id.atlassian.com/ instead of trello.com to login you should be fine and you'll be able to get into your previous account.
From the mobile app, type in your username to the login field instead of your email address and this will force the app to use id.atlassian.com as the login provider even when logging in with Google.

Hi!
Thank you so much for responding to this question. I've been using Trello for 2+ years.I signed up for atlassian months ago. I use Trello every day and everything was fine.
Suddenly all of my boards are gone. I've tried all of the following
Logging in normally
Logging in Using Google
Logging in with id.atlassian.com both with my email and my user name
Logging in with Apple
Disabled all Safari Extensions except for Dayone
Tried Google Chrome
Made sure Cookies aren't being blocked
Nothing works, my boards are all gone. The app on my iPhone still works. Thank God. : ) Just the same I am panicking a little and hoping you can help.
I spent all weekend freeing up storage... perhaps I changed something in my preferences or accidentally deleted something?
Please help. Thanks tons!
Cindy

I'm getting prompts that my previous Trello account for the email pichya69@hotmail.com doesn't exist now. What happened to those boards? How do I get access to them now?
Thanks.
