I want to update/change my account to a new email address. However, I mistakenly created a new account using the new email instead of updating my existing Atlassian account.
I received this email: "Your email change request could not be processed because your (NEW EMAIL) is already associated with another Atlassian account."
Could someone please help me resolve this issue? Thank you so much!

Thanks for reaching out!
The easiest way to resolve this would be to change the account under (NEW EMAIL) to a different email address so that the email address is available to use. To do so, log into the (NEW EMAIL) Atlassian account and update the email at https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email.
Once you do that, you can delete the account you no longer want to use.
