I tried to get some reasoning on changes on the Free Workspaces but for me it is not clear if there are any changes regarding limitation of collaborants. We have Trello Premium.

We’re going to be limiting workspaces on our FREE plan to 10 collaborators, which includes members, guests and pending invitations.
No impact on the premium/paid subscription. This limitation is only for FREE workspace.
Over the next few months you’ll notice a few changes:
If you want to keep or add more than 10 Collaborators to a Trello Workspace, you can upgrade to one of our paid plans. All of Trello’s paid plans allow unlimited collaborators in a workspace. You can compare the features available with each of our plans here to see which is right for you - https://trello.com/pricing
