Hi,
We have a admin account within our team but the person who set it up put their personal name as a username. I can change Profile and Visibility in Atlassian account to the generic name however the username remains the previous person's name. When I try to update the username, it says that it is already taken. Thanks

Hi there, If you own the account with the already taken username and you are not able to free it up due to account access-related reasons, you can send us a message via https://trello.com/contact stating the username you will like to use. Then We can help free it up.

If you do not know the account currently having it as its username, you might have to choose another username as that is already taken. A quick way to make it unique in case you want to use the same letters can be to add a number(s) after the username.
