Change creator and owner of Workspace trello

The person who created the Trello workspace is gone and is the only member, the others are guests. 

How do I become a member instead? I have no access to parameters (popup window in grey)

If trello was on a paid plan and you could provide sufficient documentation, you could create a support ticket to Atlassian. They might be eligible to help you out.

The other solution is to contact this person who left, and ask of him to give you admin rights.

If you have access to his mailbox, you could do that yourself.

Hi Alex, Thanks for your answer. It's a free plan and I try to contact this person but for the moment, no answer.

Have you another alternative ? For example, is it possible to transfer existing project in another Workspace ?
