We use this in an agency setting so we have multiple team members that have tasks on several different boards. We also have multiple departments in each board ranging from PR to creative and digital marketing, etc. I know you can tag types of tasks within a board to be able to sort by department.
Is it possible to create tags that go across all boards to see every VIDEO project for instance, across all boards?
@Franco Gutierrez you can use Placker to show a gantt chart across all boards split by label on one level, then below that member and card.
Otherwise you might be able to use Unito to collect cards from a range of boards with a given label into a single board.
Aside from those general solutions, are you able to provide some more detail about what constitutes a project and what types of things you'd like to see aggregated across boards? There might be a better way to achieve the outcome you're after ...
