Cardsync for Teams problem with enabling

Hi,

I have a problem with enabling the Power up "Cardsync for Teams".
I can enable the power up, but it´s not turning up in the cards, we cannot see it. 
There is no error-message, nothing. It´s just not in the cards.

I got these 2 links for more info, but they are not working.

Hi Teresa,

The first thing to check is to make sure that the board you've enabled Cardsync on is part of a team, as the Cardsync Power-Up will only work on team boards. If it isn't part of a team yet, the board admin can add it to a team by following the steps listed here: http://help.trello.com/article/752-changing-the-team-to-which-a-board-belongs

If the board is already part of a team and the Power-Up still isn't working, we'd recommend contacting Cardsync's support, as they'll be better able to address issues related to that Power-Up. You can get in touch with them using the contact form at the bottom of https://teams.cardsync.xyz/.
