Cards grouping and extracting updates

Hi,

I have 2 questions regarding the usage of Trello:

1. Can we group trello cards in larger chunks? For example, this would allow us to track progress on our activity streams, as well as on smaller work items within those streams.
2. Would there be an easy way for someone to extract all updates from the past X days, without opening each work item one by one? This would be very useful to build a highlights summary for our management every 2 weeks.

Hi there,

1. I'm not 100% sure what you have in mind here; there's not any grouping features for cards, but you could look at applying labels to simulate that. You can then also filter your boards' view by label so you're only looking at cards that match that label. That might get you to the same place!

From something as frequent as that, you can also think about building a report with Butler. This would be more easily repeatable, but you'd still need to build that out to show what data you want: https://help.trello.com/article/1192-creating-reports-with-butler
