Card Numbers Not showing

I need your help. My card numbers are all fine upto number 11. From there it skips to number 17. The rest are flowing just fine. Could this be a result of cards I deleted? Can I have my numbers flowing in order without the deleted cards affecting my flow of card numbers? Thank you for your help
