Forgive me if this has been addressed and I didn't see it but I was wondering if there was an efficient way to receive prompts upon moving a card into a new list. I would like to have a prompt to the user when moving a card from "Lead" list to "Prospect" list that will NOT allow the card to be moved without first completing some steps (update Drive, Calendar, etc.)
We are using Trello as a CRM currently and do not want to use crmble or anything like that yet because I don't see it as necessary. If that is the only way to do this than so be it.
Thank you in advance!
Hi @Jamison Wolfe ,
I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for participating in the Atlassian community and asking such a great question.
Regarding adding prompts, you might consider setting up a Butler/Automation command that creates a checklist with checkboxes when a list moves from "List A" to "List B." To prevent team members from moving the cards if the checkboxes are not fully completed, you could also use Butler/Automation tools to move the card from "List B" to "List C" once all the checkboxes are completed. This way, only you (or the automation) can move the card, ensuring that all necessary prompts are completed.
I hope this suggestion is helpful. If you're interested in trying Crmble, please let me know.
Best regards,
Toni
