Hello!
Apologies if my english is unclear, since it is not my first language. But I will try to be as clear as possible.
When I try to log into Trello it asks me to log in with atlassian. When i click on it, the page just loads and I get following error message:
I tried the following:
When I logg in with my phone it does work. Trello seems to be the only site i have problem logging into with my computer. I cant contact the support through Trello, it says the support is down.
My coworkers can log into the site, on the same wifi.
Anyone have a solution?
Thank you!
Edit:
Solved! It worked by logging in with wifi back home, now it works with the office wifi.
Hi there,
I could understand you just fine,
* Do you have third-party cookies disabled? This error could be caused by a 3rd party browser extension that might mess up with the login request on the Atlassian page. What you can do is disable all your browser extensions and then attempt to log in. Once logged in, you'll then be able to re-enable your browser extensions and you should be good to go.
* Do you use an ad-blocker/content blocker? If yes try to disable them in order to log in.
* Are you using a VPN?
If this doesn't work, could you open a support ticket at https://trello.com/contact? We'll be happy to support you.
Hi!
Thank you for your answer, I solved by logging in to Trello with my wifi back home. Now it seems to work fine.
