Cancelamento de Plano

Ola, Eu tenho muitos arquivos no trello.

@Mariana Guarezimi Welcome to the Atlassian community

If you cancel and move to the free plan you will be limited to 10 boards per workspace.  So you should make sure that your workspaces do not have more than 10 boards prior to canceling.  There is a 10 MB file upload limit per attachment. However, paid members have a 250 MB file upload limit per attachment. There is no account data storage limit in any Trello plan. so you will not loose you attachments.  There is no native bulk export functionality but you can use the File Manager Power-Up. It lets you easily bulk download attachments as zip files.  It will cost you some money but would be a great way to export everything.
