Can you sync cards between users that create different checklists?

Is there a way to sync cards between two seperate users but when the card is created for the second user it has a different list of checklists and items?

I.e A new project has been started and person A does all the graphic design and person B does all the printing. If person A creates the card 'Smith House' under a 'New Work' heading - can it be created on person B's account also under the same heading but with a different set of items to complete?

If sync is what is needed, Unito should be able to handle it. Just exclude checklists. But if you just need to make a copy you can remove and add your own checklist using Trello automation.
