Can you move an entire workspace to another or set up another account without losing the information

Our original workspace was set up by a previous employee. They are no longer with our organization and they have set up another workspace for their new organization. Our workspace looks like it is under their "workspace" but they state they have no access to it.

We would like to ensure that the workspaces are completely separate. How can we go about doing that without losing the information we currently have on all of our boards, cards, etc?

We have our own administrator- so can they move the workspace or are there additional steps we need to take?

Workspaces can't be nested so it wont be a case that your workspace is within theirs

It sounds more like that your workspace still has the previous employee in it as a guest, which means he is still a member of 1 or more of your boards.

If you already have a workspace admin set up.  You should not have to move workspaces.

I would suggest that the admin goes to the Members page and ensures that everyone that shouldn't be in there is removed. Pay particular attention to the guests tab and ensure the ex employee is removed from any boards they are a guest of.
