Is there any way to have Trello send a notification to anyone who is assigned to a card if that card has not been updated in over a certain number of days? For example, if a card hasn't been updated in a week, send an email to everyone on it to say don't forget to update your card.
Thanks
Hi @MB ! It doesn't look like a trigger in butler automation that says something like "when a card has been inactive for X amount of days", so I'm not sure if there's going to be a straightforward solution for you. However, a few options come to mind:
1. Using Dashcards. You can create a dashcard for stale cards, and from there, set up an alert:
However, it doesn't look like you can add a variable to the recipient field (in your case you'd want it sent to @{cardmemberusernames}.
2. Use the card aging power up so that members get a visual indication of what cards they need to be updating by just glancing at the board (however, there's no automated alert system).
3. Setup a Butler command to send out a recurring report. You can filter on cards that have been inactive e.g. "create a report with all cards inactive for more than 10 working days". From there, you can either send an email or a slack message with your list of stale cards.
