I 've been usikng Trello for years, and I've always had the ability to download attachments from the Trello card. But this morning, that opion isn't available. I sent in a support request, and I was told that this wasn't currently a trello feature, but I could submit it to a list of requested features. This doesn't seem right. I've literally been downloading them for years. Now I'm being told it isn't a thing. Did this the option get taken away? Also, I was told to right click the opened image. That doesn't work either. Any ideas?
Hey @Amber Hollingsworth! I believe you might be getting confused between Trello Web and Trello app for Desktop. While on Trello Web, you don't have the option to download your images and files directly to your computer, you can do it using the Trello Desktop app. Here's an example of the option to download an image using the Trello Desktop app:
Which is the opposite when you view the same image from your browser:
As my colleague Alina told you through your ticket, we don't have this option to download files and images when viewing these files on your browser. However, it's an option when using the Desktop app. If you'd like to install the Desktop app and give it a try, you can download it from these links:

Also, I can assure you we've already passed your interest on this feature to be available when working with Trello through the browser, but for now, you'll need to use the Desktop app to have this option. I appreciate your understanding, and I hope this information answers your question.
We're using the app and we can't download the image at all. So whether that person's confused or not, it is an issue as of today 11.27.23.
We had to shut down the app and restart in order to see the download icon. So definitely a glitch.
