Can't copy a public trello board

I've checked many times and I only have 3 boards open, but when I try to copy one I get this message: "Free Workspaces can only have 10 open boards." I've never had this issue before. I already cleaned the cache, tried doing it on an incognito window and logging out and in again.

Hi @Valeria Vergara, welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Just to make sure we understand the same: the message "10 open boards" makes reference to boards that are active in the workspace and are open for users to access them. Boards can be easily closed and opened according to your needs.

You can check your workspaces and boards at the following link:
http://www.trello.com/my/boards

There you will see your workspaces, the remaining boards for them, and a link to see closed boards.
