Can slack talk to Trello?

So we have linked a trello board to a slack channel and all the changes ping up in the Slack Channel as I would expect.

My question is: Can Slack talk to Trello? So for example if you reply to an update in the slack channel, is there a way that this updates in the Trello card as activity?

Hi @jonnycollett ! Welcome to the community :) Unito might be able to achieve this for you! It is a 3rd party application, so it does have its own pricing. The way it works is you connect a board in Trello to a channel in Slack. When a card is created in Trello, it creates a post in Slack. Any comments made to that card in Trello will be added in the Slack thread. If you reply in the Slack thread, it will sync to Trello as a comment. Hey @jonnycollett I've tested out the Slack and Trello integrations quite a bit and I'm pretty sure that this doesn't exist. but if anyone else knows then Id be interested to hear about it too!

If it helps and you've not seen this yet, the updates that you can do from Slack that will reflect back in Trello are the ones shown on here https://trello.com/en-GB/platforms/slack

eg add cards, edit labels etc.

I think you want to be able to reply as comments right? so you message in Slack and that appears in Trello comments as well? that I don't think is possible but you can attach the conversation though...

Thanks @Dan Ivory _Orah Apps_ . I understand there is Slack Bot for Trello, and a Trello App for Slack! I think we are using the Trello App for Slack. I understand that maybe the Slack Bot is more powerful and has more two way features. 

We may give that a try.
