Can not see notification

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

When I stay on the home page, I don't see any notifications;


But a new test has been opened in the board, but I have not received any notification; after clicking in, I can see a red mark: notification.


But when I refresh the page, there is nothing.

If you still have any problems, could you please submit a new ticket with us and select the option “Report a bug”? It would be very helpful to investigate further and report the bug to our development team if this is the case.
