We are not receiving confirmation email, 1 users of my team are not receiving the confirmation email, once the account is created. Click on send and check spam folder but still.

It looks like the affected user's email was flagged by our security filter - sorry about that! I have now removed the flag. Can you ask them to check their inbox for a new confirmation email? They can also trigger it themselves by trying to log in at https://trello.com/login
Now that we've fixed the issue, I highly recommend removing your email from your question - this is a public forum and anyone can access this web page on the internet and see the two emails you've listed.
