Can I share a board with someone who doesn't have a Trello account?

I'm delivering my low ticket products via Trello, but not all my clients have an active account (or even know Trello). Is there a way to share the board with people who don't have an account so that they're not immediately met by a sign-up barrier?

If you make that board public then anyone can view it without signing up for Trello. Note: public means anyone on internet can view it.
