Can I create an automation for card deletion?

I have a "Completed" list and I would like the cards to delete automatically after two weeks. Is there an automation to do that, and if so, how? Thank you!

Hi @Kelly Terracina and welcome to the community,

You can do that by adding a board button. You only have to click it:

Let me know if that helps!

Wow! That worked, thank you!

I had the exact same question, and this doesn't exactly address it.  I'm setting a timed trigger on my completed list to every morning DELETE the cards in my completed list that are two weeks old or more.  The problem with your answer is that that command only ARCHIVES the card.  The problem with this is that I have a scheduling board and a production board that when a job is assigned from scheduling to production, it first moves the original card in the scheduling board to a list called "jobs currently in production", then creates a copied/linked card that gets assigned to someone in the production board.  When they move a job to done, they're moving the linked card, and the original card moves to a different completed list on the scheduling board.  My plan is to ARCHIVE the cards on the scheduling board (the original cards), and have the cards in the Completed list in the Production Board unlink themselves from the original and be DELETED after 2 weeks.  The reason I want them deleted is because sometimes we look up old orders in the search bar, and by doing that we can still view archived cards.  But I don't want two copies of cards coming up when we search an old order, I just want the original card showing up.  There's no need to keep the copied card, even in the archives.

Is there any way to DELETE instead of ARCHIVE?
