I started evaulating products from sets for my work for Trello. I invested about 700 dollars into Trello to be able to work. I could not finish a set because Trello kept asking me for more money ( like hundreds of dollars more).
Can I quit this job and be refunded the money I invested into Trello, seeing as I never got paid from you ?
Hi @dannyandjax777 - welcome to the Community!
As an Atlassian team member, unfortunately I don't know what you mean by this (if you're not describing paying for a subscription in Trello), and I'm a little worried. We would never ask people to invest in Trello the way you're describing.
I recommend having a read through this article I've written: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Keep-an-eye-out-for-adversaries-posing-as-Trello-recruiters/ba-p/2645651
If you think you've been targeted by the adversaries in this article, feel free to let me know and we can have a confidential chat off the Community.
This is a community forum, led by fellow users, consultants, partners and yes of course a handful of Atlassian employees
This is designed as a community to help one another and share ideas. As a rule we don't deal with billing issues or disputes. Even if we wanted to, there is very little we can do.
You have to contact Trello about this, although if I am totally honest, if you are outside of the 30 day Atlassian cloud refund policy, it is unlikely.
Trello doesn't just ask for more and more money, they have a per-user billing system and subscription tiers. If you have had to pay more money, either you have added more billable members or upgraded your tier, all of which is very transparent as you go through the process.
Note, please avoid posting duplicate questions as this hampers our abilities to help people. I have locked the post https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-questions/I-have-been-working-under-an-agent-named-Mrs-Blake-I-lost-money/qaq-p/2690036
Kind Regards,
Mike
