Can I add someone to a card or list but not to the whole board?

Has Trello been updated to allow us to add people to an individual list or card within a project board but so they cannot view the entire board so we don't expose privacy of other team members tasks and so I don't have several boards to manage for one project?

With the help of this power-up, you can share your Trello cards, and choose the fields that you would like to share publically or privately on a web portal. It allows you the board privacy as you won't need to add people to your board anymore.
