I would like to either copy or move a Trello board to another Workspace without losing my assignments, comments, attachments, or labels. Is that possible?

I'm not sure if this is possible between Workspaces (I assume you've tested it already?)

You can copy lists, which retain some of this information - but that might be within a Workspace. Check how to that on this page.
