Looking for a way to set up an email automation to go to the members of a specific card, if and when a card does not have a certain label added or checklist item checked, 5 days before the calendar due date.
For us - Basically to avoid missed production due dates if a project doesn't have all of the apparel delivered to us in time.
Hi @Elizabeth Afrisio ! Welcome to the community :) Have you looked into creating a custom notification using butler automation? You can create a due date command and make it conditional.
From there, it would just be a matter of setting the action to be to send an email to the card members.
