Button automation to trigger new board creation from template in another board?

Is it possible to create an automated button on a card that will trigger a new board to be created from a template located in a separate board?

ex: A board that tracks all projects in different phases, has a project that reaches the "build" phase, and we want to be able to push a button on that card that will trigger a completely new board to be created from a template. This will auto generate all the build steps needed for the project.

@Richelle Thorpe butler automation doesn't have the option to create new boards, but I've seen Zapier used to achieve a similar workflow. Something like: "when a certain label is added to a card, then copy template board, etc."
