Buttler: Moving a card to specific position on list

How can I create a Buttler to move a card for a specific position on list?

For example:

 

LIST A             |            LIST B
CARD 01                   CARD 04
CARD 02                   CARD 05 (FIXED)
CARD 03                   CARD 06

I need to create a automation for move CARD 03 to LIST B, below "CARD 05".

 

It's possible?

The automation rules can only move a card to either the top or the bottom of a list, not to a specific position.
