Hi - I'm brand new and trying to figure all this out. :) I just saw a card moved by Butler from my "To Do SOON" list to my "TODAY's To Do's" list, even though the rule I set up says to move them that way *on the day* it is due. In this case it's not due till tomorrow so it shouldn't have been moved until tomorrow. Am I doing something wrong here or does something need to be fixed? Thanks!
Hi Sarah! Welcome to the community :) Are you able to send through a screenshot of the rule and a screenshot of the back of the card with its due time? Also, what timezone are you in?
Thanks for responding!
Central time zone
I love Trello so far so I hope I can make all this work!

Also if I can learn how to use it well and it's reliable I will be able to use it for my work tasks too. So I really want to make sure it's reliable. :)

Hi, Hannah. In case this helps, here's a new example of the problem that just happened tonight: Timesheets task moved to Today's To Do's list one day too early
See the two red circles to see the due date (Sep. 1) and today's date (8/31) and the fact that the task was moved into Today's To-Do's list too early.
Thank you!

@Sarah Torres thanks for the screenshots! I'm thinking it might have something to do with timezones 🤔 potentially adding a time into the trigger could help like so:

@Hannah Humbert - Simpla Workflows Strangely, after I saw your message about the time zone I got a message on my Trello screen saying my time zone may not match Butler's and did I want to make them match, so I said yes. So before I change the rule, I'm going to experiment over a day or two and see if that fixed it. I'll let you know!

@Hannah Humbert - Simpla Workflows Hi, Hannah. I just created a test card with a due date of tomorrow in my "To Do SOON" list. It appeared at the bottom of this list. But I have a rule that says: "1 days before a card in list "To Do SOON" is due, move the card to the top of list "To Do SOON" Do you have any idea why this card didn't move to the top of the list?

@Sarah Torres ah got it - the timezone thing might be it! Hopefully, that fixes it 🤞 in terms of cards moving to the bottom of the list, was that card already in the "to do soon" list and it shifted down to the bottom, or did it move from another list into the "to do soon" list? Are there any other rules, auto-sorting, or anything that could be conflicting with that rule?

@Hannah Humbert - Simpla Workflows I created it in the To Do Soon list and it automatically first appeared at the bottom. I will look into the conflicting rule idea. Thanks!

@Hannah Humbert - Simpla Workflows Hi, Hannah. Just wanted to let you know that the test card I created did both rules correctly, (1) moving to the top of the To Do Soon list when it was due the next day and (2) moving over to the "TODAY'S To-Do's" list when it was due the *current* day. So thank you very much for pointing out the time zone issue. I really appreciate your help! Have a good afternoon.
