@Yannic Mair welcome to the community!! You'll just need to check the "share with workspace" option, and this should make it so anyone on your board is able to view this rule! (Admittedly, those folks might need to part of your workspace, and not just the board, but you can try enabling this first and see if that works! If not, add those folks as workspace members, and i believe it will work then!)
