I send email notification to customers and there is no way to send these email with different domain from noreply@trellobutler.com
Is there a way to add a reply-to field into the email notification from Butler pointing my real email address?

@Yair Adi You can send the email to the Zapier Email Parser and then re-send it from another email address using Zapier, formatting it differently.
If you use my product BenkoDesk you can also send emails directly from Trello cards by posting a comment to the card, and then the replies will go straight to the card:
Your BenkoDesk solution would be the best solution, but it is out of my price reach (living in Argentina).
The solution with zapier isn't viable because the destination email varies with every card. Zapier only can resend the email to one fixed destination AFAIK.

So what you would do is put the destination email, subject and body in the body of your email to Zapier, then parse those fields out and use them to send the email on via the Gmail connection.
