Would it be possible to provide the option to users to have a rule where instead of only moving when all checklist is completed, we could move once it is a predetermined % completed.
e.i.:
when 70% of checklists are completed in a card due today, move the card to the top of list "Done"

Unfortunately, that's not something that Butler can do.
If you have the same items in a checklist, and you want it to move after a specific one, you could specific that checklist item, but that would only work if you have the same list in the same order on the cards you want to move. So if you have the same checklist in the same order, and you want the card to move after item 7 is checked off, you could have something like this:
If you have different checklists, you'd just need to set up the rule for the 7th (or whichever item) you wanted
