Bussiness Class

Hi everyone, I have a question about the Business Class package I'd like to address. Hope everybody help please.
The problem is that we are using the Free version, our team has many people. Including 3 leaders and 10 employees
So when upgrading the Business Class package, charging $ 9.99 per person, we sex must pay $ 29.97 for the 3 leaders and have to pay for the remaining 10 employees? Because the remaining 10 employees belong to the "guest".

1) Team members

2) Any members (observers or normal members) who belong to more than one board that is within the team
