Bug ouverture pièce jointes

Question

* Bonjour, je possède un bug depuis quelques temps, je n’arrive à ouvrir aucune pièce jointe dans mes tableaux, j’ai enregistré une vidéo à l’aide de mon iPhone que je peux vous transmettre pour Support.

* en effet, dès que je clique sur une pièce jointe, en PDF ou autre, l’application me redirigé sur le site Internet, qui me redirigé sur le téléchargement de l’application que je possède déjà, donc quand je clique sur ouvrir cela me ramène à la même page sur laquelle je voulais ouvrir la pièce jointe

Would you mind clearing the Trello app cache to see if that fixes the issue? Before you do so, please take a look at this help doc that explains how to check for unsent changes first and it explains how to clear the app cache after that:

* Troubleshooting for the iOS app

In a situation where the issue persists after clearing the app cache, we'd suggest reinstalling the Trello app using the following steps:

* Delete the Trello app from your device
* Download the latest version of Trello via the AppStore
* Launch the app again and log in to see if the issue persists

If reinstalling doesn't help either, please let us know
