Board calendar goes back 1 year every time I open it and I need to scroll manually to todays date??

Hi all!!

 

I've got an issue i can't seem to fix. It has been happening randomly a couple of times a day though once i restart the Trello app it seems to work okay. This time not even a restart helps. When i go into my boards and then click Calendar, instead of the Calendar automatically opening up on todays date it goes back to the beginning of my Trello use which in my case June 2022. I then have to manually scroll to todays date so i can use my Calendar, are there any fixes out there or anyone experiencing a similar problem??

Please help!! 🙏

Can you confirm what platform you are using, if it is the Trello app or if it is Trello in a browser.  If in a browser, which browser?

Okay, the first thing to try is to go into the app settings and clear the app data.  This often fixes things...

This will delete all the app data which i cannot lose. Its all my work. Any other options?

It only deletes the app data living on the phone. 
As long all of your Trello boards are up to date and don't have any unsynced data, all of your data will be safe because it is on Trello's servers.  

If you're too scared to do that, you can try first just clearing the cache.

Just tried it, cleared data and cache and still have the same problem. It is happening to my two phones and all of my other 8 staff members.

Hmmm, very odd.  I thought it could be related to having incomplete items either started or due in June 2022 but I trued that on the app and it still defaults to today for me...

 

Do you have the same problem if you open Trello on a PC browser?

If it seems limited to the mobile app, I recommend you use the link below to contact Trello, include things like the Android version and also the Trello App version you have (go to settings > about Trello)
