I had a new staff member try to be helpful and incorrrectly load our trello to premium. We were not meant to be on premium as we could no longer support or afford it.
We are a dance school in NZ. As $3500nzd was debited from my account as a result of this I am wondering if this can be recovered? I cancelled the membership as soon as I was aware what had happened.

They will be able to check the information for you and also about the refund possibility.
