Good Morning, 

I have created an account to be premium and I believed that I added another account to my Trello. However, I wanted to make another account premium not two users on mine. Is there a way of canceling one of the members on this account and making a separate account premium instead? 

I believe someone will need to remove one of the members of my account, as only I need to access it and make my employee's account premium as well.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! 

I see where the confusion comes from. Trello upgrades work on a Workspace level rather than a user account. The charge amount is based on the number of Workspace members (including admins) and multi-board guests. 

Since you added a second member to your paid Workspace, you were charged for 2 billed seats.

I understand you haven't anticipated this charge, so I suggest you submit a ticket at https://trello.com/contact/ so we could look into what we can do about it. Sounds good?
