I need someone from billing department to contact me immediatly ! I opted out of plan one day before my free trial was over ,I should not be being charged for this.

For billing or account related questions, I'd recommend contacting Trello support directly here:

At the very bottom of that page should be a dropdown asking you to select what you need assistance with as well as a form to provide some details. From there should should be in touch with someone form Atlassian directly who should be able to help you out.
