Automation to move a card to a list on another board (board not available)

I've done this many times before but today it is only offering me a VERY limited selection of boards to move the cards to, and not the one I want.  I can't figure out why all of my boards aren't showing up in the rules?

Get the link to the board in the right flyout menu of the destination board.  Use that URL in the rule that moves the card instead of the board name (just paste the link in the field).  That works for us.
