Hello! Is there an automation I can set that would refresh a checklist at the beginning of the week? I am setting up a board for front office staff to tackle daily lists. Each weekday will have its own list. Thank you!
@Melanie Parker welcome! so the short answer is yes you can! the long answer is, there's a lot of ways to do it and I'll need you to explain a bit more about how you'd prefer it working for me to give you a specific answer.
The simplest might be to create a Scheduled automation (go to automation, then Scheduled) and choose a trigger for every day (or every weekday), and then choose an action to create a card in your to do list, and specify a checklist you want to add to that card. (I like to have one card on my board that holds all my template checklists, so I can do something like this.)
If you're not familiar with Trello automation at all and that all looks greek, let me know and I can send over some more automation resources! I create a bunch of videos about it on my youtube channel and my newsletter.
@Melanie Parker if you found this response helpful, would you mind accepting so folks know that it's got an answer in here if they're looking for the same thing?

Hi! I'm hoping that I can set it up that on a Sunday when we are closed, all of the checklist reset and change the due date. I have several boards that are day/time specific for my CSR staff - like Monday AM Checklist, Tuesday Midday Checklist.

@Melanie Parker so are you saying you don't want a new card, you want to just reset the existing card?
If that's the case, then I think you'd need to piece two automations together. I'd create a static list at the end of your board called "Reset", which can be what triggers resetting a card.
Then head to automation and make a trigger for Every Sunday, that creates a temporary list and moves your card (put the name in the Content field) to that list:
and then another rule for when a card is added to that list, it resets all the checklists and then changes the due date based on what you'd like it to be relative to when it runs on Sunday (ie, 1 day from running would be Monday).
It's a bit tricky, but you've got a bit of a niche use case there! Let me know if this helps!
