Automatically assign label to card -trello

Hello,
I have four sales teams regions 1-4.  I a trying o see if I can automatically apply the label associated with the region, when that region adds a card.
example;
Region 1 (Green label): adds card "all contacts emailed event RSVP"
Can create a link so when they add the card, the green label is automatically assigned.  So that the region head doesn't have to remember to assign it when adding card.
Hope this question makes sense.
