Automated Email

Does anyone know if its possible at all to send automated emails based on the information provided in the custom fields on a particular card.

For example I want to be able to say if the order received box on a checklist is ticked, this uses the email address in the custom field to send out an email to the custom which lets them know their order has been received.

Sending automated emails based on custom field information is not a native capability offered in Trello.

Try other possibilities like Trello Power-Ups like (Butler for Trello) or (Zapier for Trello)

These Power-Ups connect Trello with other services and possibly trigger email automation based on card actions and custom field values
