I'm not sure what is the actual question here?! You transfer a board to the employee and then you are surprised that he can see the board??
If I have interpreted it correctly, you mean can you transfer a board to someone and hide certain cards or lists from them?
The simple answer is no, for good reason too.
Trello is an Agile and open collaboration tool. Its simple design and lack of controls sets it apart from its horribly serious and business-like rivals.
You can see the limited privacy levels that are available in Trello:

The good news is that there is a workaround.
If you want to limit what the employee see's you can have an board for you and a board for the employee and you can mirror the cards that you want them to see...
This post shows some options for mirroring...

Hello, thank you for your answer.
The problem is; I only assign the user to the card. I do not assign tasks to the entire board. but it shows the entire dashboard to the user.
I just want him to see the card I assigned.

Do you need the person to comment, respond and interact with the card??

No. Do not let the person see the board. It can only see the card that I have authorized.

Yes, I understand that part but for the card you have authorised, will they be looking to put comments, add files or make changes to the card?

Yes, yes, he will do everything on that card with full authority. We are a software company. I have many software developers. I don't want them to see each other's business. Everyone should do their own work on the card assigned to them.

In other words, both the board and the cards must be authorized separately. The person to whom we authorize the card should not see the entire board.

There is one thing missing from this trello. It will be a nice feedback for you.

Hmmm, a software company that doesn't embrace open collaboration. This is rare I must admit.
I propose in that instance that you have a board per developer and a main board in the backend. You use automation to hand cards over from the back end board to the correct developer. This process can be automated

Your point of view is wrong. Nobody has to do anyone else's job. The method you mentioned is not a solution to this situation. Separate authorization is required for cards and boards. because we can add foreign software developers on a project basis for instant transactions. It's ridiculous that they see our other works. This situation is a big deficiency.

The latest situation seems to be that Trello does not fit your needs. You seem unwilling to take advice from someone who has spent best part of a decade using it and creates solutions in Trello for a living...
I suggest you look for a piece of software that has the level of controls you require built in...Try looking taking a look at Jira...
If you continue to use Trello, you would benefit from this course because I don't think you understand the fundamentals of what Trello is...

Sir, I am a software developer. And I have been in this industry for 18 years. I can even give you lessons on this subject :)
This is a huge shortcoming of the feedback trello I delivered. I can't understand why other users didn't ask for this. So this needs to be added to the program, and adding it is very simple. It is not a difficult process.
I generally like Trello and I enjoy using it.

OK. I apologise and accept my inferiority. I am merely trying to help but I understand that my limited knowledge is not much help 😉
Bottom line - The chances of you getting this functionality built into Trello is pretty much 0%
If you are a developer and the change is so simple, you could look at developing a powerup to fit your needs.

I advise you to look at Jira too, it has a lot more in the way of user access controls but my short search in the community suggest to me that even in Jira, the specific use case you have isn't straightforward

:) This is a tiny problem.
Authorization must be given to cards and boards separately, that's all.
Can we develop?
