Hi!!
My comment area in trello changed to this layout:
How to attach PDF in this comment?
Hi @Daniel Bornholdt - That's a good callout. What you're seeing is the new editor for Trello. In order to reference attachments in your comments you will first need to upload the attachment to the card, then you can click on the 'Comment' button next to the attachment to include it in your comment like so:
Hi @Lam thanks for your reply!
It worked!
But I had to attach 3 files and make only 1 comment for the 3 attachments. Before this update I would click the “attach” button and select the 3 files, and make a comment.
Now I uploaded the 3 files to the card then, in a leap o faith, clicked “Comment” in each of the 3 files and it worked. I have 1 comment with 3 files linked to it.
I think that process is far from intuitive!

Hi @Daniel Bornholdt - Ah yes, in that particular instance it does make the experience less intuitive. Our Product teams are tracking interest in bringing the functionality from the old editor to this new version. I've already added your vote to the request internally but I'll provide your added context to the report as well.

Yea, this is a bad change- Really clunky compared to the older process.
You have to leave your comment to go get a link / attachment, not just a 'change that a user can get used to' thing, just clunky UX
Please revert back / include option to add attachment via browsing Dropbox etc
