Até que ponto o Trello é confiável?

Estou prestes a inserir minha equipe para usar o Trello, depositaremos  documentos e imagens de suma importância e sigilo dentro desta plataforma , aos usuários mais antigos e aos novos , o Trello é confiável  a esse nível? Terei problemas futuros? Corro risco de perder todo mateial que inseri nos quadros devido a uma falha do trello?
