When assigning due & recurring dates to a card, no matter what future date I select, (for example, 2023) – it reverts back to 2022.
Hi Leoni - it looks like you are using our Card Repeater Power-Up. Assuming you're setting up a yearly cadence, if you set it for a calendar date that hasn't happened yet, it will need to repeat this year's date first. When the date comes, a copy of the card will appear in the designated list and your current card will be updated to show the next repeat on next year's date.
Another way you can do this is make a Butler rule to make a new card every year on November 15 (or some days before). If needed, you can read more about creating rules in our article here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/creating-and-managing-butler-commands/
Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Riley
Hey Riley
Thanks so much for this feedback. It seems that the problem was solved on the back end of Trello, since I am not getting that error anymore.
I do however have a new problem. When I copied my list from one workspace to another, all the recurring dates I have set got lost and are no longer featuring.
I created over 50 cards with recurring dates in that list. Does this mean I have to redo everything, or is their a way I can get them back?
Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
Warmly,
Leoni

Hi Leoni,
Happy to hear the issue isn't occurring anymore!
For your new inquiry - Did you enable the Card Repeater Power-Up for your new Workspace board? If not, it won't be added automatically so you'll need to add it through the Power-Ups menu on your desired board or head to the Power-Ups library.
Your list and cards should have saved the information for the Repeater settings, and they should show up once the Power-Up is enabled.
Hoping this helps!
Cheers,
Riley

Hi Riley
Thanks so much for your prompt response and assistance.
If I'm understanding you correctly, I think the Power-Up is enabled on the new workspace.
Please see screenshot below and let me know if you agree?
Thanks so much!
Warmly,
Leoni
